60 million heads (individual needle-free valves) and 10 million assemblies, ranking us as one of the largest and
most modern NFV producers worldwide.
Asset Medical is a medical device manufacturer based in Istanbul, Turkey owned by a Dutch private equity firm, General Medical Products BV. Our company specializes in IV infusion therapy products that contain needle-free valves and has R&D capabilities to develop new polymer-based healthcare products to broaden our portfolio.
Our highly qualified production staff works diligently to produce our product range to the highest quality norms. Our 2000 m2 manufacturing facility and 620 m2 cleanroom utilize state-of-the-art technology in various assembly, packaging, and sterilization operations as well as our own, unique production lines for more sophisticated IV sets. Our current capacity is 20 million units of SwabArt® disinfection caps and 60 million units of FlowArt® and needle-free connectors with further room to grow in the near future.
As part of our innovation strategy, our R&D department strives to develop new products and solutions for our customers. As a medical technology company, we obtain patents for our new inventions through the laws of intellectual property rights.
